BURNDY Alindeska Electrical Contractors Case Study

Alindeska Electrical Contractors, an Alaskan Native Corporation Subsidiary

Sound Transit Central Link Light Rail Project – Light rail trains to provide fast, congestion free travel from Downtown Seattle to Sea-Tac Airport by 2009.

Mark Williamson, Project Manager with Alindeska was awarded part of the Sound Transit Central Link Light Rail job and needed assistance on product selection and pricing for the proper grounding connectors for the different applications within the project – and he needed it yesterday.

Working with Graybar's Mike Collins and BURNDY's Jeff Sims, Mark is able to get the best connector for each application, pricing comparisons between connection types and assurance that all of the products will be available when the project timeline requires them.

With the combined help of the Graybar and BURNDY teams, Alindeska is able to get the right grounding materials they need – when they need them.
