Over a 20-year plus career in the telecommunications industry, Allen Dixon has held numerous positions at Corning Cable Systems (formerly Siecor) including field engineering, product line management, marketing, and market development. In his current role as Channel Development manager for Corning MobileAccess, Allen is focused on the increased deployment of distributed antenna systems in Enterprise installations. A vocal proponent of the role of standards in industry, Allen is the current chair of the DAS Forum – sponsored by PCIA – and a veteran of the ATM Forum, TIA and IEEE standards organizations. He is a 1985 graduate of the University of Florida.
