Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently, we only ship merchandise within the continental United States. We use UPS as a delivery carrier in the United States.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO boxes?

Shipping is available within the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is coming soon.

Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

How much is shipping?

The price of shipping is determined by the shipping method you choose, your order's total weight, as well as the distance between your shipping address and our shipping center. The shipping charge will be calculated during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Can I pick up my order from a Graybar Branch?

Yes, you can – in-store pick-up is now free for items in stock! To choose the pick-up option, click on the Truck icon at the top right corner of the page, and select your store location before you add items to your cart and check out.

What is the in-store pick-up policy?

All pick-up orders will be held for a period of 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation notice. If the material has not been picked up within the specified time frame, a credit will be issued back to the original form of payment less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. What is the estimated delivery time for shipments?

Standard delivery is 2-4 business days, 2nd day is 2-3 business days, and next day is the 1-2 business days. Note: orders placed by 2 pm CST will ship the same day.

Does Graybar ship on Holidays?

Graybar Electric observes the following Holiday schedule. If your order is placed on these dates, your order will be shipped on the following business day.

  • Day after New Year's – Saturday, January 2nd 2016
  • Memorial Day – Monday, May 30th 2016
  • Independence Day – Monday, July 4rd 2016 
  • Labor Day – Monday, September 5th 2016
  • Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 24th 2016
  • Day after Thanksgiving – Friday, November 25th 2016
  • Christmas Day – Monday, December 26th 2016 (Observed)
