Intensive Cable Management from Eaton

At BICSI 2016, Eaton launched their 4-post adjustable high density network rack designed for large network switches and very intensive cable management. The back of the rack is adjustable so you have some adjustable rails. Eaton also launched their high capacity vertical cable managers that come with doors that open from either the left or the right.

Inside is ribbed which allows for cable pass-through through the back. Attached on the back is Eaton RCM+ cable managers so it is very versatile and flexible and works with Eaton's cable management accessories. In it we have our adjustable telescopic spools to wrap cables and extended high density plastic fingers designed to break off if you needed additional space in between the fingers. An adjusted waterfall comes standard with the rack.

Eaton's horizontal cable managers are designed to help with some of the cables from the patch panels. Some of the features on the back are optional side panels and a series of air baffles designed for switches that have side to side air flow. Also included are a number of ways to rack mount ePDUs: keyhole slots to allow you to mount ePDUs on the back of the rails, a channel on the back of the rack that will allow you to mount PDUs on the very back of the rack if you need all the space, keyholes to allow you to mount them in the channel and brackets to mount ePDUs to the side.

Eaton's high density network rack platform is compatible with Eaton's existing overhead Redi-Rail. The top of the racks have patented 4DStrut channel and channel nuts that attach brackets that allow you to mount Redi-Rail products. This is a very versatile product offering in black and new Eaton White colors.
