- This promotion is sponsored by Graybar Electric Company, Inc., 3300 North 35th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68504-1558, only at the Graybar counter location in Lincoln, Nebraska. Requests for the name of the winners may be made in writing to this address, Attention Corey Dyrstad, within 90 days of the promotion's conclusion.
- Promotion is only available to electrical and data communications contractors doing business in Lincoln, Nebraska.
- The promotion runs January 30, 2012 through April 20, 2012, with one weekly prize winner. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries submitted.
- NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO WIN. Entry forms will be available at the participating counter. There is no limitation on the number of times an electrical or data communications contractor may enter.
- All electrical contractors purchasing electrical materials at the participating counters will automatically be entered in the weekly prize drawing. There is no limitation on the number of times an electrical or data communications contractor may be entered.

- Graybar reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if advertised item(s) is unavailable or discontinued.
- The weekly prize winners will automatically be entered into the grand prize drawing to be held for a HDTV.
- Weekly prize winners will be randomly selected from electronic compilation of purchase records and non-purchase entries.
- Weekly prize drawings will be conducted at approximately 5:00 p.m. Central Time each Friday beginning February 3, 2012, with the final drawing to be conducted on April 20, 2012. Winners do not need to be present to win. Winners will be contacted by phone or email. The names of the winners will be posted at the counter.
- The grand prize drawing will be conducted at approximately 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, April 20, 2012. The winner does not need to be present to win. The winner will be contacted by phone or email. The name of the winner will be posted at the counter.
- Winners will collect their prizes at the counter location where their entry was chosen. All prizes must be claimed no later than 30 days after the promotion's conclusion.
- Graybar will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by the winners. The winners will also be responsible for any local, state or federal taxes associated with the prizes.
- By accepting the prize, the winners consent to Graybar publishing his/her names or likenesses at its counters, its internal publications or in public media outlets.
